Setup and modification charges:

Existing e-mail/internet customers of Mercantile Communications will receive setup services free of cost provided the setup does not involve more than 5 man-hours of work.Thereafter a charge of Rs.450.00 per hour will be levied.

  • For new customers,setup services  will be provided at Rs. 250.00 for the first five hours.Thereafter a charge of Rs.450.00 will be levied.
  • Graphics design services will be provided at the same cost as other services.
  • All other WEB designing /setup services not covered above will be provided at a charge of Rs.450.00 per man -hour.

Other Items:

                    -Monthly charges payable at the beginning of the month.

                        6months:     5% discount
                        1 year:        10% discount

  • The information provided by then representative party will be at their own risk.The service is not responsible I part or whole for the quality , accuracy and authenticity of  the information provided.
  • The service is used for lawful purposes only.Any material in violation of Nepalese law is not hosted on the WEB pages.The service may not be used for offensive  in moral religious, communal or political grounds or is abusive or of an indecent ,obscene or is menacing character.
  • Use of the service constitutes  acceptance of these Terms and conditions.Mercantile Communications reserves the right to discontinue any account that does not abide this agreement.

Note:- Free installation at customer location and free suport for up to two months after installation.NRs. 250 per support visit at customer site after two months.
