Terms and Conditions
- This is a pre-paid account, which can be purchased for time period. The account will be automatically disabled after the purchased time period is exhausted and no additional time period is purchased. Additional time period must be purchased before the purchased time period is exhausted in order for the account to be kept operational.
- i-infinity / e – infinity is a single user account and if multiple logins are detected a warning will be issued to the user via e-mail regarding the misuse of the account. If the warning is not heeded to, the account will be suspended. Mercantile reserves the right not to refund the amount, which will remain unused as the result of the suspension of the account.
- Surfers Value Pack is a multiple user account. Subscriber shall request the account section to open the account as multiple user account.
- Initial installation of the communication software and on-site support will be provided free of cost for two months after the installation. This is applicable to only one machine. Two months after the installation, on-site support will provide at the rate of NRs. 250.00 per hour. Support via E-mail, phone and if the equipment is brought to Mercantile will be provided free of cost.
- Occasionally Internet Service may be disrupted to conduct maintenance. An effort will be made to forewarn the users of any disruption of the service whenever possible.
- The user shall protect the secrecy of the user's identification and/or password assigned to him/her at all times and shall ensure that same is not revealed or disclosed in any, manner to any person. If the user is found to be sharing his/her password, Mercantile will treat this as a breach of this contract and the account of the user will be suspended. Mercantile reserves the right not to refund the amount, which will remain unused as the result of the suspension of the account. The user shall be fully responsible for and shall bear all charges losses or damages arising from any use of his user identification and/or password however the same may arise.
- The user shall at all time use only his/her own user-id and password for accessing the service. The user will change his/her password at least 2 times a month.
- The service may only be used for lawful purpose. Transmission/reception of any material in violation of any Nepalese law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene or material protected by trade secret. The service may not be used for any unlawful purpose such as, but limited to, vice, gambling or other criminal purposes whatsoever nor for sending/receiving from any person any message which is offensive on moral, religious, communal or political grounds, or is abusive or of any indecent, obscene or menacing character, or for persistently sending message without reasonable case or for causing any threat, harassment, annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to any person.
- The user may not attempt to gain access to any computer system connected to Internet without authorization by the owner to the computer system; and use the service to access information or resource which are private to individuals and organizations unless permission to do so has been granted by the holders of the rights to such resources and information.
- The user shall, when accessing any other network through the service, comply with the rules appropriate for such other network.
- Use of any other information obtained via the service is at your risk. The service is not responsible for the accuracy of the quality of information obtained through the service.
- The rate scheme is exclusive of all taxes. Any other tax if applied by HMG, Nepal will be charged.
- Use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Mercantile Communications Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to discontinue any account that does not abide to this agreement.
